You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund provided it passes inspection upon receipt into our warehouse. Items must be in original packaging and not damaged.
Unless you received the wrong item or the item is defective, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred both original/outbound and return/inbound. We will deduct these fees from your refund amount, which you can expect to see within 10-14 days after product is received back.
Proof of Purchase is required for any return. If you wish to request a return, please Contact Us first with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, the reason for return, and we will respond promptly with instructions on how to best proceed with your return.
Trunks with printed interiors are returnable: However there is a $50 return fee to cover the cost of the interior printing.
Items that are NOT returnable: Any custom trunk, any sale or clearance item, or any “oversized” trunk (Jumbo, Super Jumbo, Colossus, 3XL, ALL Wardrobes/Travel trunks and ALL Coffee tables and End of Bed tables). These should be noted throughout the website as well. Please Contact Us if you need clarification.

Orders over $99.00 ship free via FedEx Ground to any destination in the Continental US! If you require expedited air shipping via 1 day, 2 day or 3 day air, an express charge will be added to your order. This charge will be reflected in your shopping cart.
Free shipping is not available to AK, HI, PR or any other US Territory. We are unable to ship trunks via the USPS and therefore cannot ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2-10 business days, except for any custom orders or as noted on our website on the product detail page. Standard shipping typically takes between 2 - 6 business days, for destinations within the Continental United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, inclement weather and shipping during holiday periods may delay standard shipping schedules and will likely impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
We try to accommodate international shipping requests. Please send all requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include details of the order (specific trunks you plan to purchase) and the destination address. We can then advise on estimated shipping costs.
