Guarantee and Warranty
We’re proud to say that every Rhino trunk carries a Lifetime Limited Warranty, which covers non-cosmetic repairs. Should your Rhino trunk ever become damaged or defective, we will repair it in our facility free of charge for the lifetime of your trunk. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep in mind that if your trunk has extensive damage, it may not be repairable. Repairs covered under this warranty do not include cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dings, and dents. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage that was incurred in situations where the trunk was handled beyond its intended use. For example, using a trunk for airline baggage when it is not a designated shipping container will void your warranty. If airline baggage or shipments are your intended uses, please consider Rhino's ATA & Shipping Cases or the Indestructo Travel Trunk, which are specifically designed and engineered for these purposes. Please contact us prior to shipping your trunk so we can provide you with the proper shipping instructions. All Rhino Trunks are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date you receive your order. If you encounter a defect, please contact us directly and we will be sure to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
Color Representation
We do our best to accurately represent the various colors of the products on our website. Due to differences in computer monitors and display settings, we cannot guarantee that the color(s) shown on your personal screen will exactly match the color(s) of the product you will receive.
