The “Naked Rhino Cube Dorm Trunk” was purchased for our son leaving for college. We chose the black hardware which looks very classy, but it does scratch easily. The naked option allowed us to finish the trunk the way we wanted it. We chose a washed out walnut stain which gave it a clean rustic appearance. The trunk was finished off with several coats of polyurethane. I was very pleased with the overall finished appearance. I also liked how the lid hinge allows you to keep the lid opened without it slamming closed on fingers. Overall, a very nice trunk which we have personalized to our liking and now can be used as a nice piece of furniture for years to come.
